Business Analyst eCommerce

We are looking for a business analyst with 2/3 years of experience in the role. The figure we are looking for will deal with the collection and definition of functional project requirements (both front-end and back-end) for the realization of new features and eCommerce platforms.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of high-level systems (WHO, CRM, ESB, DAM/PIM)
  • Knowledge of the main standards of analysis and software design (design patterns, frameworks)
  • Knowledge of the main software development methodologies (Agile technologies and continuous integration, Continuous Improvement systems)
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and the Windows environment

Fashion Retail Merchandising Consultant

Milan

To grow our Team in the Digital Supply Chain Planning Practice, we are looking for a person with a deep knowledge of Retail Merchandising processes acquired during experiences in Fashion Retail companies.

 

He/she is comfortable in leading an internal team and autonomous in managing relations with clients.

He/she will be involved in exiting and complex implementation or transformation projects in Omnichannel merchandising and allocation business area.

 

The candidate has a flexible mindset, communicative and engaging team player full of drive and optimism. Good listener and empathic. Self-going personality with a strong sense of responsibility and likes to take on new challenges.

Digital solution oriented and triggered by problem-solving and decision-making.

Passionate about innovation and process digitalization.

 

Qualifications:

  • From 3 to 5 years of proven experience in the role;
  • Practice on retail planning, buying and allocation processes is a must;
  • Experience on SAP CARAB (Customer Activity Repository Application Bundle) and/or other Retail Planning solutions (ie Nextail, Blue Yonder) is a plus;
  • Confidence in setting up and configure planning system solution;
  • Ability to design business and data processes and document it;
  • Comfortable working in complex, challenging and international environments;
  • Strong communication skills to dialogue with both internal technical team, client IT and business owners;
  • Act as a mentor to junior colleagues
  • Fast learner and have good skills in Excel and MS Office;
  • Fluent in English verbally and written.
